At the recent Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung announced that pre-installed AI features such as Live Translate, Note Assist, and Audio Eraser will remain completely free, with no subscription required to use them.
Although the company confirmed that there are currently no paid features, it did not rule out launching subscription services in the future, especially within the Samsung Health app, which opens the door for more advanced AI tools to be added later.
This announcement comes at a time when Google has begun to expand its paid model via Gemini AI, offering advanced tools for a monthly subscription. Although Samsung's new phones offer temporary free access to Google's services, Samsung emphasizes its commitment to free basic features for now.
