The Maze platform offers flexible subscription plans tailored to individuals, teams, and companies based on their user experience research needs. It starts with the Free plan, designed for individuals, which allows for one study per month with 5 seats and includes the basics of prototype testing and surveys, along with the option to use a pay-as-you-go model for the participant pool. Next is the Starter plan, priced at $99 per month, which is designed for small teams conducting unmoderated research. It adds tools such as ready-made research templates, audio, video, and screen recording, in addition to the same features as the Free plan. The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations and offers unlimited capabilities, such as an unlimited number of studies, access to a network of over 7 million participants, or the use of private participants for free, as well as moderated interviews and AI-powered interview management, advanced testing such as website and mobile testing and card sorting, along with ready-made analytical reports, advanced security support, and dedicated customer service.
