The Demo experience allows the company to offer Service Packages, which are paid service packages based on an hourly system. Customers can purchase a specific number of hours—such as 16 hours for 2,240 euros net, 24 hours for 3,350 euros, or 40 hours for 5,500 euros, or 80 hours for 10,950 euros. These hours can be used for services such as operational support, custom script development, automation, training, workshops, and consulting, provided that a valid license with active support is in place. These packages are valid for up to 12 months, depending on the type of license used.
