💰 The pricing model is based on a subscription system with scalable plans and enterprise options; there is no free plan as such, but a free trial is available, along with a demo upon request, Paid plans start with the Scale plan at $149/month, which includes 40,000 video clicks/month with a 14-day trial and offers features such as A/B testing, shoppable videos, Smart Matching, retargeting, Product Traffic Feed, lead capture, quizzes, and automatic pausing of unavailable videos. This plan is suitable for growth, while the Premium plan is priced at $249/month and includes all Scale features plus customization of PDP/PLP pages, and the ability to add dynamic videos to email campaigns, along with dedicated onboarding and support via Slack. It is designed for a higher level of customization and support. The Enterprise plan is priced on a custom basis and includes all Premium features plus a dedicated account manager, mobile app integration, an SLA, multi-store support, and advanced customizations—and is geared toward large enterprises. A Bundle (Widgets + AI Videos) is also available at a Custom price, combining Premium and Enterprise features with the ability to produce up to 500 AI videos per month and automatically convert the catalog into shoppable videos, along with a dedicated success manager.
