The tool uses a paid subscription model billed per business. The AI Bookkeeper – Business plan is available for $129 per month per business, while the AI Bookkeeper – Accounting Firms plan is customized based on the firm’s needs and the number of clients. There is currently no announced free plan. The Business plan includes integration with QuickBooks Online and Xero, daily bank transaction categorization, smart document matching, requests for missing documents, the creation of custom thresholds and rules, and review of exceptions with an audit trail, in addition to OCR technology for extracting data from invoices and receipts, as well as email and chat support. The Accounting Firms plan adds to this the ability to manage multiple clients, a customized client experience, white-label capabilities, customized pricing for the firm, and priority onboarding. When a new business is added during the billing period, a prorated fee is charged for the remaining period, and the business is then added to the total subscription at the next renewal date.
