The pricing model includes the Hobby plan at $49 per month, which offers 120 minutes of calls, call forwarding, call summaries, and community support, with the option to purchase additional minutes at $0.60 per minute; and the Pro plan at $200 per month, which includes 10 hours of calls, call recording, transcripts, agent transfer, and email support within 3 days, with additional minutes available at $0.50 per minute; and the Business plan at $2,000 per month, which includes 100 hours of calls, inbound call management, sales and customer service support, reports, and business-day support with emergency assistance, with the option to purchase additional minutes at $0.35 per minute. There is no free plan, but a short paid trial is available for $3 for two days with 5 minutes of calls. Plans can also be upgraded or additional minutes added at tiered rates, with the option to negotiate Enterprise plans through direct agreement.
