Supermemory uses a freemium pricing model that combines a free plan with several paid subscriptions based on usage volume. The free plan offers $5 in monthly usage credit, with support for Google Drive, Notion, and OneDrive connectors, access to Supermemory MCP and the Hermes Plugin, as well as community support—all without requiring a credit card. Paid plans start with the Pro plan at $19 per month, which includes approximately $20 of included usage credit, unlimited storage, an unlimited number of users, all integrations, and email support. The Max plan, priced at $100 per month, offers approximately $130 in included usage credit, additional connectors, and priority support, while the Scale plan, at $399 per month, offers approximately $600 in included usage credits, support for up to 10 members, all connectors, spending limits, and compliance features such as SOC 2 and HIPAA, with the option for self-hosting. The company also offers an Enterprise plan with custom pricing for organizations that require a custom architecture, isolated hosting, custom usage limits, an account manager, and dedicated support. Supermemory can be accessed via a cloud-based web platform, or through unified APIs, SDKs for TypeScript and Python, as well as a Chrome extension and integrations with Claude Code, OpenClaw, and MCP, with self-hosting support.
