Vercel uses a pricing model that combines different plans with pay-as-you-go resource costs, where Managed Infrastructure is based on billable metrics such as compute, requests, data transfer, and storage, while the Developer Experience Platform offers monthly subscription services as part of the Pro plan with optional add-ons. The free Hobby plan includes a number of included resources: 4 hours of Active CPU, 360 GB-hrs of Provisioned Memory, and 1,000,000 Invocations, as well as 5K Image Transformations per month, 300K Image Cache Reads per month, and 100K Image Cache Writes per month, in addition to Edge Config Reads, which include the first 100,000 free reads, and Edge Config Writes, which include the first 100 free writes.
