During the 7-day trial period, users can test the platform’s functionality and explore its receipt and expense management capabilities before deciding to subscribe. The paid plan, called Elite, is available for $16.65 per month when billed annually, which is equivalent to $199.98 per year, and includes unlimited documents, automatic receipt capture from Gmail and Outlook, bulk file uploads, data extraction from bank statements, and generating expense reports in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats, as well as task automation using AI, integration with QuickBooks Online, Zapier, and Make, the ability to invite an accountant or partner, and the creation of unlimited sub-accounts. SparkReceipt also allows you to add additional users for $58 per year per user within your subscription, enabling you to expand access to your team or partners as needed.
