Modsy

Modsy offers a paid pricing model for its design services; the service is currently priced by project and by room, and the Renovation Design service is available at an introductory price of $999 per room, with a fixed price rather than an hourly rate. The official website notes that the service currently has a waiting list, and projects can begin within one to two weeks of the purchase date. As for the free plan, Modsy offers a free design style quiz, which determines an interior design style based on the user’s selection of images they like or dislike, which are then analyzed by an algorithm to determine the appropriate design style mix. In contrast, the current official website does not offer a free plan for producing custom 3D designs as part of the full interior design service, as the current Renovation Design service is paid. The Renovation Design service, priced at $999 per room, includes — an introductory price — a custom room design, video calls with the designer, structural and architectural concepts, 3D renderings of the actual space, an immersive virtual tour, furniture and decor design, unlimited revisions to the 3D designs, floor plan designs, concepts for materials, fixtures, and finishes, product recommendations and a shopping list, as well as the ability to shop directly from the design. Additional services are also available upon request, including add-on packages for outdoor space design and Furniture + Decor Refresh; these services can be requested after purchasing the Renovation Design service. Modsy explains that the Renovation Design service is priced at a flat rate per room, with the current introductory price set at $999 per room; the page also notes that there is currently a waiting list.
