Pages is available for free to all Apple device users, with no subscription required to access core features. The free plan includes creating and editing documents using pre-made templates, formatting text and adding media such as images, videos, and charts, real-time collaboration via iCloud, exporting documents to multiple formats such as PDF, Word, and EPUB, as well as smart tools and Apple Pencil support on compatible devices. There is no separate paid plan, but some advanced content and features may be part of Apple Creator Studio, which offers additional design resources alongside Apple’s other creative apps; subscribing to it is optional and not required to use the basic version of Pages.
