Traccia

Traccia is a platform for monitoring, managing, and governing AI agents. It helps technical teams track agent operations, monitor token consumption and costs, evaluate text prompts, and enforce security policies during execution. It supports multiple frameworks, including LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex, and relies on OpenTelemetry to unify tracing across different environments. It also provides tools for detecting sensitive data, documenting compliance, and managing releases and experiments, with the ability to halt actions that violate policies before they are fully executed.

Features

  • Unified Agent Registry: Collect agent information and track their statuses, releases, operating environments, and the entities responsible for them—all from a single dashboard.
  • Comprehensive tracing: Log language model invocations, tool usage, and agent decisions, with support for multiple frameworks via OpenTelemetry.
  • Cost and Token Tracking: Analyze token consumption and template costs by agent, task, execution path, and workspace, with support for more than 2,500 templates as described on the platform.
  • Policy Monitoring and Enforcement: Establish rules to limit spending, use restrictive templates, and set limits on the number of tool invocations, with the ability to halt certain non-compliant operations during execution.
  • Sensitive Data Detection: Detect indicators of leaks involving personal data, patient data, or credentials, with options to mask certain information before exporting records.
  • Text-Based Claims Management and Evaluation: Save claim versions, compare them, test them in a test environment, and link the version used in production to traceability records.
  • Data Sets and Experiments: Prepare test cases and evaluate results using built-in tools, benchmark models, or custom metrics, and compare versions before deployment.
  • Compliance Documentation and Auditing: Provides tools for preparing compliance documentation, audit logs, and system and incident reviews, with modules related to the European AI Act and HIPAA regulations included in eligible plans.
  • 1. Integration and Export: Integrate with AI frameworks and export tracing data to tools such as Jaeger, Grafana Tempo, Zipkin, and SigNoz, while providing an SDK for on-premises use without requiring an account to get started.

The platform includes tracking tools, cost allocation, claim assessment, data sets, metrics, and experiments across all plans, including the free plan. Governance capabilities increase with higher-tier plans; the Free plan includes one active policy, the Team plan includes three policies, the Business plan includes fifteen policies, while the Enterprise plan offers unlimited policies. Advanced features, depending on the plan, include decision logs, policy simulations on historical data, human approvals for processes such as refunds and purchases, a portal that enforces policies without requiring an SDK, a compliance center, evidence packages, and audit logs. There are no per-user fees for paid plans, though paid plans require a credit card and are billed monthly. The company clarifies that exceeding the event limit does not automatically disable security policies. You can get started on the official pricing page
