Leanpub
Leanpub is a self-publishing platform for digital books and educational courses, enabling authors to create, publish, and sell books in a flexible and straightforward manner, as well as develop educational content such as courses and learning paths. The platform uses a flexible system that allows users to purchase books or courses directly without a subscription, while also offering an optional membership plan that provides additional benefits such as access to thousands of free books and a “book credits” system to facilitate in-platform purchases. It also provides tools for early and repeated book publishing, as well as tools like CourseAI and TranslateAI, in addition to marketing and publishing support on external platforms such as Amazon, with an active community of authors and readers and supportive educational resources.
