The Everest Calendar plan is free forever, and includes a unified calendar, Google and Outlook integrations, the ability to connect up to 3 calendars, business hours and scheduling preferences, time zone management, event reminders, and Everest’s ability to book 3 meetings per month. Everest explains that a single email thread counts as one meeting, regardless of how long negotiations take or whether rescheduling occurs before the date is set. When the 3-meeting limit is reached, Everest continues the conversation that has already begun, and the user can then upgrade or wait until the limit resets the following month. The Everest Assistant plan includes all the features of Everest Calendar, plus unlimited calendar integrations, unlimited meetings scheduled by the assistant, scheduling via text messages using Telegram, and priority support. The Enterprise plan is available at a custom price and includes all the features of the Everest Assistant plan, plus the ability for a single assistant to schedule on behalf of multiple people, a custom domain for the assistant (such as assistant@yourfirm.com), shared team scheduling policies, SSO, DPA, and data retention controls, and dedicated support. The pricing page explains that users can switch between monthly and annual billing, with the annual billing rate for the Everest Assistant plan remaining at $20 per month instead of $25 per month—a 20% savings.
