InTake offers two main options. The first is a monthly subscription with a base price of $99 per month, with no setup fees or annual contract, and the option to cancel at any time. According to the offer for the first 100 companies, the first month is free, followed by $49.50 per month for 12 months, after which the price reverts to $99 per month. The subscription includes website chats, bookings, confirmation and reminder messages, the dashboard, and alerts. Phone support can be added, with call duration billed separately; costs for using AI models are calculated based on actual costs multiplied by 1.2. The second option is Build & Own, which starts at a one-time fee of $1,500 to build a custom version where the customer owns the source code, with an implementation and testing period ranging from two to four weeks. The system can be self-hosted with no monthly fees to the company, or a one-time fee of $75 can be paid to install it on the customer’s server, or hosting, maintenance, and updates can be selected for $29 per month. Custom integrations may be priced separately. The company notes that the commission fee on bookings is 0%.
